    Christmas Crunch Salad � 18

    Plan ahead�needs to chill at least 2 hours
    Serves: 18

    4 c. fresh broccoli florets (3/4 lb.)
    4 c. fresh cauliflowerets (3/4 lb.)
    1 medium red onion, chopped
    2 c. cherry tomatoes halved

    Dressing:
    1 c. low-fat mayonnaise
    1/2 c. nonfat sour cream
    1 T. sugar
    1 T. vinegar
    Pepper to taste

    In a large salad bowl, combine vegetables. Whisk dressing ingredients until smooth, pour over vegetables and toss to coat. Cover and chill for at least 2 hours

    One 2/3-cup serving equals: 37 calories�Trace fat (trace saturated)�0 cholesterol�188 mg sodium�8 gm carbohydrate�2 gm protein
