    Cinnamon Popcorn

    Yield 2 qts.

    2 qts. plain popped popcorn
    1 egg white, lightly beaten
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. ground cinnamon

    Place popcorn in a 15-in. x 10-in. x 1-in. baking pan. In a small bowl mix egg white, sugar and cinnamon. Pour over popcorn and mix thoroughly. Bake at 300� for 20 minutes. Cool. Store in an airtight container.

    Great snack for traveling�it�s not sticky!

    One 1-cup serving equals: 91 calories�1 gm fat�0 cholesterol�7 mg sodium�21 gm carbohydrate�2 gm protein.
