    Cranberry-Orange Molded Salad
    Plan ahead�needs to set chill at least 4 hours total to set.
    Serves: 10

    1 6-oz. pkg. raspberry gelatin
    2 c. boiling water
    1 16-oz. cab whole berry cranberry sauce
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    Dash ground cloves
    2 c. diced orange sections
    Lettuce leaves
    In a large bowl, dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Stir in cranberry sauce; cinnamon and cloves. Chill until partially set. Add orange sections. Pour into a 6-cup mold coated with nonstick cooking spray. Chill until set about 3 hours. Unmold onto a lettuce-lined platter

    Lower the calories and carbohydrate�use sugar-free gelatin.
