Pineapple Cheese Dip
Yield: 4 cups
1 8-oz. can pineapple tidbits
2 8-oz. pkgs. light cream cheese, softened
1 8-oz. can water chestnuts, drained and chopped
3 T. chopped fresh chives
1/2 tsp. salt-free seasoning blend
1/4 tsp. pepper
3/4 c. chopped pecans
Optional: Assorted reduced-fat crackers
Drain pineapple, reserving 1 T. juice. In a small bowl, combine pineapple and next 6 ingredients. Stir in reserved juice; mix well. Cover and chill. Serve with crackers.
