    Whipped Topping -- w
    Makes 1-1/4 cups

    1/4 cup ice water
    1 tablespoon lemon juice
    1/2 teaspoon vanilla
    1/3 cup nonfat dry milk powder
    1 tablespoon sugar

    1. In a small mixing bowl combine ice water, lemon juice, and vanilla. Stir in dry milk powder. Beat with an electric mixer on high speed for 3 to 4 minutes or until soft peaks form (tips curl). Add sugar and beat for 1 minute more. Serve immediately.
