    Serves: 3 (about 1-cup each)

    2 c. cubed peeled cantaloupe, �divided�
    2 c. cubed peeled honeydew melon, �divided�
    1 c. vanilla low-fat frozen yogurt
    1/2 c. water
    6 fresh mint leaves

    Arrange 1 c. cantaloupe and 1 cup honey dew melon in a single layer on a baking sheet. Freeze 2 hours. Place frozen fruit and remaining ingredients in a blender and process until smooth.

    One 1-cup serving equals: 170 calories�trace fat�5.5 gm protein�38 gm carbohydrate�1.5 gm fiber�2 mg cholesterol�51 mg sodium +++WWP:2
