Serves: 12

1 qt. fresh strawberries, hulled
1/2 gal. vanilla ice cream; softened
1 12-oz. can frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed
2 tsp. grated lemon peel

Place strawberries in food processor; cover and process until pureed. Transfer to a large mixing bowl; add ice cream, lemonade concentrate and lemon peel. Beat until blended.

Pour into a 13x9x2-inch dish. Cover and freeze overnight. Remove from freezer 15 minutes before serving. Cut into 12 squares.

*To cut the saturated fat use low-fat ice cream.
