Veggie Dippers � e-w
Yield: 5 servings
- 1 cup fat-free sour cream
- 1-1/2 tablespoons dried dill weed
- 1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil
- 2 teaspoons lime juice
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
- 2-1/2 cups cucumber slices
Place all ingredients except cucumber slices in a small mixing bowl and stir until well blended. Serve with cucumber slices.
