    Salad: Sesame Almond Slaw - e-w

    Sesame Almond Slaw � 2 - e-w
    Serves: 2

    1 3-oz. pkg. ramen noodles
    3/4 c. shredded cabbage
    3/4 c. shredded romaine
    2 T. sliced green onion
    2 tsp. slivered almonds, toasted
    2 tsp. sesame seeds, toasted

    1 T. rice wine vinegar
    1-1/2 tsp. sugar
    1-1/2 tsp. canola oil
    1 tsp. water
    1/2 tsp sesame oil
    1/4 tsp. reduced-sodium soy sauce
    Dash salt
    Dash pepper

    Split ramen noodles in half (save the seasoning and half the noodles for another use). Break apart remaining noodles, place in a bowl. Add the next 5 ingredients.

    In a jar with a tight fitting lid combine remaining ingredients; shake well. Ass dressing to salad and toss to coat. Serve immediately.
