    Pear Crunch

    Makes 4 servings

    1 can (8 ounces) crushed pineapple in juice, undrained
    1/4 cup pineapple or apple juice
    3 tablespoons dried cranberries
    1-1/2teaspoons quick-cooking tapioca
    1/4 teaspoon vanilla

    2 pears, cored and cut into halves
    1/4 cup granola with almonds

    Combine all ingredients except pears and granola in slow cooker; mix well. Place pears, cut side down, over I pineapple mixture. Cover; cook on LOW 3-1/2 to 4-1/2 hours.

    Arrange pear halves on serving plates. Spoon pineapple mixture over pear halves. Garnish with granola.
