    Reduce fat....Use light or fat-free whipped topping.
    CREOLE PEACH DIP
    Yield: 16 servings

    2 cups peaches -- pureed
    1/2 cup sugar
    1 teaspoon lemon juice
    Dash salt
    2 cups frozen whipped topping -- thawed

    Combine peaches, sugar, lemon juice, and salt; stir well. Fold in whipped topping. Chill until serving time.

    Serve with thin wafers or lightly flavored cookies.
