    CURRIED APPLE ONION DIP
    Plan ahead�needs to chill for at least 1 hour

    Exchanges
    Serves: 26 (2 T. each)

    3 c. unsweetened applesauce
    1/4 c. plain low-fat yogurt OR low-fat sour cream
    1 envelope (1.2 oz.) onion soup mix
    1 T. curry powder

    In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients. Cover; refrigerate 1 hour before serving. Serve with sliced vegetables. Store, covered, in refrigerator.

    One 2-Tablespoon serving equals: 17 calories (7% from fat)�1 gm fat (0 gm saturated)�4 gm carbohydrate�0 mg cholesterol�0 gm protein�119 mg sodium ++++ Exchanges: Free Food
