CAJUN LAYER DIP
Yield:16 servings (1/4 cup each)
1/2 cup reduced-fat mayonnaise
1 (8 oz.) tub non-fat processed cream cheese product, softened
1 Tbl. instant minced onion
1 cup ketchup, no-salt added
1 tsp. dried whole basil
1 tsp. horseradish
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 Tbl. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. hot sauce
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 (4 1/4 oz.) can tiny shrimp, drained
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
3/4 cup green bell pepper, diced
dash crushed red pepper
Reduced-fat Triscuits
Combine first 10 ingredients in a bowl; stir well. Combine ketchup and next 3 ingredients in a bowl; stir well. Spread cream cheese mixture in bottom of a 4-cup shallow plastic container; spread ketchup mixture evenly over cream cheese mixture.
Top with shrimp and bell pepper. Cover and chill until ready to serve. Serve with Triscuit crackers.
