1 c. (8 oz.) fat-free cottage cheese
1 pkg. (8 oz.) reduced-fat cream cheese, cubed
1 T. orange juice
1/2 tsp. grated orange peel
1/2 c. assorted dried fruit, chopped
Toast or English Muffins
In a food processor, combine first 4 ingredients; cover and process until smooth. Stir in fruit. Spread on toast or English Muffins. Store leftovers in refrigerator.
