    Excellent on bagels, whole-wheat toast and muffins WW Points

    Yield: 1 cup

    1 c. fat-free cottage cheese
    1 to 2 tsp. lemon juice
    1/8 tsp. ground allspice
    1/2 c. mixed dried fruit, chopped
    1/4 c. chopped pecans, toasted

    In a blender or food processor, combine the first 3 ingredients; cover and process until smooth. Stir in fruit and nuts
