    To lower cholesterol�use imitation crab meat. Horseradish Crab Dip

    1 pkg. (8 oz.) reduced-fat cream cheese
    2 T. picante sauce
    1 to 2 prepared horseradish
    1 can (6 oz.) crabmeat, drained, flaked and cartilage removed
    Celery sticks

    In a mixing bowl, beat the first 3 ingredients; mix well. Stir in the crab. Serve with celery.
