    Hummus w/Red Pepper -- e-w
    Yield: 2 cups

    - 2 cups cooked or canned garbanzo beans, drained (1/2 cup juice reserved)
    - 1 clove garlic
    - 1 tablespoon sesame tahini
    - 2 tablespoons olive oil
    - 1 whole roasted red pepper, seeded (available in jars)
    - 1 tablespoon lemon juice

    Blend all ingredients in a blender or a food processor.
