    Nuts: Warm Peanut-Caramel Dip -- e-w
    Makes 8 Tablespoons

    1/4 c. reduced-fat peanut butter
    2 T. fat-free caramel topping
    2 T. skim milk
    1 large apple, thinly sliced
    4 large pretzel rods, broken in half

    Combine the first 3 ingredients in small saucepan. Heat over low heat, stirring constantly until mixture is melted and warm.

    Serve Dip with apple slices and pretzel rods

    Microwave Directions:
    Combine first 3 ingredients in small microwavable bowl. Microwave at MEDIUM (50%) 1 minute; stir well. Microwave 1 minute more or until mixture is melted and warm.

    2 T. equal: 185 calories�7 gm fat (1 gm saturated)�27 gm carbohydrate�trace cholesterol�2 gm fiber�6 gm protein�274 mg sodium +++EXC: 2 starch�1 fat +++WWP: 4
