    Makes 3/4 cup.

    1/2 cup sliced bananas
    1/3 cup reduced-fat creamy peanut butter
    2 tablespoons fat-free milk
    1 tablespoon honey
    1/2 teaspoon vanilla
    1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

    Place all ingredients in blender and process until smooth.

    Serving suggestion: Try the dip with Granny Smith apple slices or celery sticks.
