    Salmon Spread

    Yield: 2 cups

    1 carton (8 oz.) fat-free cream cheese spread
    2 T. grated onion
    1 T. lemon juice
    1 tsp. prepared horseradish
    1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
    1 can (14-1/2 oz.) salmon, drained, bones and skin removed
    2 T. minced fresh parsley
    Crackers or bread

    In a bowl, combine the first 5 ingredients. Stir in salmon. Sprinkle with parsley. Serve with crackers or bread.
