TANGY PLUM DIP
For chicken nuggets or chicken skewers
Makes about 1 1/4 cups
1 cup yellow plum or apricot jam
1/4 cup orange juice
2 tbsp. white vinegar
1 tsp. dry mustard powder
1 tsp. reduced-sodium soy sauce
1/2 tsp. grated orange zest
Combine all ingredients in small saucepan. Cook over medium heat until jam is melted and dip is bubbly. Serve warm.
