    Yield: Makes 6 servings

    - 8 ounces lean ham, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
    - 8 ounces cooked chicken breast, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
    - 1 small onion, finely chopped
    - 1 small red bell pepper, finely chopped
    - 1 can (15 ounces) cream-style corn
    - 1 package (10 ounces) frozen whole-kernel corn
    - 1/2 cup fat-free milk
    - 1-2 cups croutons
    - 3 tablespoons margarine, melted
    - 1-2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
    - 1-1/2 teaspoon bouquet garni

    Combine ham, chicken, onion, bell pepper, corn, and milk in
    lightly greased 2-quart casserole. Spread croutons over the
    top. Drizzle with combined margarine and Worchestershire sauce; sprinkle with herbs.

    Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees F. until brown and bubbly, about 35 minutes.
