    Combo: Linguine w/ Chicken & Clam Sauce

    8 oz. linguine OR fettuccine
    Nonstick cooking spray
    1/2 lb. ground raw chicken or turkey
    1 medium onion, chopped 1/2 c.)
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1/2 tsp. dried basil, crushed
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/4 c. flour
    1-1/4 c. reduced-sodium chicken broth
    3/4 c. evaporated skim milk
    1 can (10-oz.) whole baby clams, drained
    1/4 c. snipped fresh parsley
    1/4 c. dry white wine

    Cook pasta according to package directions, OMIT salt and oil. Drain; keep warm.

    Meanwhile, in a large saucepan coated with nonstick cooking spray. Cook chicken or turkey and next 5 ingredients until chicken is no longer pink. Stir in flour. Add broth and milk. Cook and stir until thickened and bubbly. Cook and stir for 1 minute more. Stir in clams, parsley and wine; heat through. Serve sauce over hot pasta.
