    ONE-DISH CHICKEN AND RICE

    Yield: 4 servings

    - 1 can (10-1/2 ounces) reduced-fat cream of mushroom soup
    - 3/4 cup fat-free milk
    - 3/4 cup long-grain rice
    - 1/4 teaspoon paprika, divided
    - 1/4 teaspoon ground white pepper, divided
    - 1/2 teaspoon dried tarragon leaves
    - 1 package (10 ounces) frozen cut green beans
    - 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves (4 ounces each)
    - Salt, to taste (optional)

    Combine soup, milk, rice, 1/8 teaspoon paprika, 1/8 teaspoon
    pepper, tarragon, and beans in 2-quart shallow baking dish.

    Place chicken over rice mixture; sprinkle with remaining 1/8 teaspoon each of paprika and pepper. Sprinkle lightly with salt (optional). Bake, covered, at 375 degrees for 45 minutes.
