    Spiced Turkey, Squash & Apple Medley -- e-w
    Serves: 4

    1-1/2 lbs. turkey thighs, skin removed
    1 lb. acorn squash, cut crosswise into 1-inch rings
    1 lb. cooking apples, cored and cut into 1/2-inch rings

    1/4 c. apple juice
    3 T. packed brown sugar
    1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg

    Place turkey thighs to one side of 13-in. x 9-in. x 2-in. baking dish. Alternately layer squash and apple rings in other side of dish. Combine remaining ingredients in small bowl; pour over turkey, squash and apples. Cover with foil and bake 1 hour in 350� oven; uncover and baste with juices. Bake, uncovered, 15 minutes or internal temperature of thighs registers 180� on meat thermometer.
