Orange & Banana Ole�
Serves: 6 (about 4 cups)
5 Sunkist Valencia oranges, �divided�
2 T. brown sugar
1 tsp. chili powder or mild ground chilies
2 small bananas, peeled and sliced diagonally
Fresh mint, optional
Peel and slice 4 oranges. Arrange in a serving bowl. Juice the 5th orange to make about 1/3 c. juice. In a jar with a tight-fitting lid, combine orange juice, brown sugar and chili powder; shake to dissolve sugar. Pour over orange slices; cover and chill briefly. Gently stir in bananas before serving. Garnish with fresh mint if desired.
