    TROPICAL FRUITS WITH FRESH GINGER

    - 1 medium ripe mango, peeled, seed removed, cut in cubes
    - 2 cups fresh pineapple chunks
    - 1 small banana, cut in 1/4-inch slices
    - 1/3 cup orange juice
    - 2 teaspoons grated gingerroot, or to taste

    Place all ingredients in a medium bowl and mix gently, yet thoroughly.

    One 1-cup serving equals: Calories: 125, Fat: 1 g, Cholesterol: 0 mg, Sodium: 3 mg, Carbohydrate: 32 g, Fiber: 3g Protein: 1 g ++++ Exchanges: 2 Fruit ++++ WWP: 2
