    The Low Fat Way to Cook 1993
    Sherried Beef Marinade -- w
    Yield: 3/4-cup

    1/4 low-sodium Worcestershire sauce
    3 T. dry sherry
    2 T. water
    2 T. lemon juice
    1-1/2 low-sodium soy sauce
    1-1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. minced fresh parsley
    1 clove garlic, minced

    Combine all ingredients in a small bowl; stir well. Use to marinate beef or veal before cooking. Baste with remaining marinade while cooking.
