    The Low Fat Way to Cook 1993
    Teriyaki Marinade -- w
    Yield: 1-3/4 cups + 2 Tablespoons

    1-1/4 c. unsweetened pineapple juice
    1/3 c. low-sodium soy sauce
    1/4 c. white wine Worcestershire sauce
    1 T. vegetable oil
    1 tsp. ground ginger
    1/2 tsp. onion powder
    1 clove garlic, crushed

    Combine all ingredients. Use for marinating poultry. Baste with marinade while cooking.
