    TUNA-RICE PIE

    Yield: 6 servings.

    1 cup rice -- uncooked
    10 ounces frozen chopped broccoli
    1 egg -- beaten
    10 ounces condensed cheese soup -- undiluted
    2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
    2 1/2 ounces (1 jar) sliced mushrooms -- drained
    6 1/2 ounces tuna in water, canned -- drained and flaked

    Cook rice according to package directions, omitting salt; set aside. Cook broccoli according to package directions; drain well and set aside.

    Combine rice and egg; mix well. Press firmly on bottom and sides of a buttered 10- x 6- x 2-inch baking dish; set aside.

    Combine soup and Worcestershire sauce in a large saucepan; bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Remove from heat; stir in broccoli, mushrooms, and tuna. Pour into rice shell; cover and bake at 375�F. for 20 to 25
    minutes.
