    Peach Pie in a Shortbread Crust

    1 prepared shortbread crust (such as Keebler)
    6 large ripe peaches (or nectarines
    2 T. flour
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1 c, evaporated skim milk
    1 c. low-fat granola

    Preheat oven to 350�. Peel and thinly slice peaches into prepared crust. In a small bowl, mix flour and nutmeg together. Sprinkle over peaches, and toss to mix. Pour milk over the peaches and top with granola. Bake for 40 minutes.

    One slice equals: 248 calories�3 gm fat�6 gm protein�49 gm carbohydrate�0 cholesterol�224 mg sodium ++++ Exchanges: 1-1/2 starch�1-1/2 fruit�1/2 skim milk
