    Sugar-free Pineapple Pie - e

    Plan ahead�needs to chill at least 3 hours.

    Serves: 8

    1 c. crushed graham crackers crumbs
    1/4 c. margarine, melted
    1 1-oz. pkg. sugar-free instant vanilla pudding mix
    1 c. (8 oz.) fat-free sour cream
    1 20-oz. can crushed pineapple in natural juices, drained
    1 pkt. artificial sweetener

    Combine crumbs and margarine; press onto the bottom and up the sides of a 9-in. pie plate. Bake at 350� for 8-10 minutes; cool.

    In a bowl, combine pudding mix and sour cream; mix well. Stir in pineapple and sweetener. Spread into crust. Chill at least 3 hours
