    Diabetic Low-Fat & No-fat Meals in Minutes � M.J. Smith
    Bagel Pizza
    Serves: 4

    2 plain bagels, sliced in half
    1/2 c. your favorite spaghetti sauce
    2 oz. part-skim mozzarella cheese, shredded

    Place sliced bagels on a baking sheet. Spread with sauce and sprinkle with cheese. Broil 4 to 5 inches from low flame for 3 minutes. Open oven door and watch as cheese melts and browns. Serve immediately

    One serving (1/2 bagel) equals: 5 gm fat�9 gm protein�25 mg carbohydrate�10 mg cholesterol�400 mg sodium ++++ Exchanges: 1 starch�1 lean meat�1 fat
