    Queen's Pizza

    8 servings -- 1 slice each

    1 pound whole wheat frozen bread dough, thawed
    1 tablespoon olive oil
    3 ounces part-skim mozzarella cheese, sliced 1/2 inch thick
    2 teaspoons minced garlic -- may be omitted for those who do care for garlic.
    1/2 cup tomato sauce
    1/4 teaspoon black pepper
    1/2 cup loosely packed fresh basil leaves
    1/4 cup freshly grated Parmasan cheese
    2 teaspoons sweet curry powder

    Place an inverted baking sheet on the bottom rack of a cold oven, the preheat oven to 500� for 15 minutes. Place thawed bread dough on a lightly floured source, and pat into a round form about 1/4-inch thick. Transfer dough to the preheated baking sheet.

    Brush the dough with olive oil, spread with tomato sauce, and arrange mozzarella slices over the sauce. Season with pepper. Sprinkle with basil leaves and Parmesan cheese. Bake for 14 minutes or until the top in bubbly. Cut into 8 slices. Eat immediately
