    Makes 6 servings

    Chicken wrapped around tomato-basil feta cheese: Simple, succulent, sensational.

    6 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
    1/4 cup Italian-style dry bread crumbs, divided
    6 ounces tomato basil feta cheese, crumbled

    Preheat oven to 350�F (175�C). Pound chicken breasts to 1/4 inch thickness. Lightly grease a 9x13 inch baking dish. Spread 2 tablespoons of the bread crumbs in the bottom.

    Place 1 ounce of feta cheese in the center of each breast and fold in half; then place in baking dish. Sprinkle remaining 2 tablespoons bread crumbs over chicken and bake in the preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes, or until juices run clear.
