Holiday Chocolate Parfaits

1 box (4-serving size) sugar-free instant chocolate pudding
2 c. skim milk
4 sugar-free chocolate sandwich cookies, finely crushed
8 T. thawed frozen nondairy whipped topping
4 tsp. sprinkles
Prepare pudding according to package directions, using 2 c. milk. Layer half of the pudding in 4 parfait glasses. Spread 1 T. whipped topping over pudding. Sprinkle 1/2 crushed cookies. Layer remaining pudding over cookies. Garnish with remaining whipped topping, cookies and sprinkles.
