    Honey Mustard Salad Dressing � e-w
    Plan ahead�needs to refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
    Yield: 2-cups

    1 c. (8 oz.) fat-free yogurt
    1/3 c. reduced-fat mayonnaise
    1/3 c. honey
    1/4 c. Dijon mustard
    2 T. prepared mustard
    4-1/2 tsp. white wine vinegar � or � cider vinegar

    In a bowl whisk together all ingredients. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.

    One 2-Tablespoon serving equals: 50 calories�2 gm fat (trace saturated)�2 mg cholesterol�165 mg sodium�8 gm carbohydrate�trace fiber�1 gm protein +++EXC: 1/2 fruit�1/2 fat +++WWP: 1
