    Blueberry Banana Salad

    Ready in 15 minutes or less Blueberry Banana Salad

    2 c. sliced firm bananas
    1-1/2 c. fresh blue berries
    1 can (11 oz.) mandarin oranges, drained
    1/2 c. miniature marshmallows
    2 T. flaked coconut
    1/2 c. reduced-fat sour cream

    In a bowl, combine the first 5 ingredients. Gently fold in sour cream. Refrigerate leftovers.

    One 3/4-cup serving equals: 125 calories�2 gm fat (1 gm saturated)�7 mg cholesterol� 28 mg sodium�27 gm carbohydrate�2 gm fiber�2 gm protein ++++ Exchanges: 1-1/2 starch ++++ WWP: 3
