    Strawberry-Kiwi Salad w/Basil - w

    Strawberry-Kiwi Salad w/Basil - w
    Plan ahead�needs to chill for 1 hour.
    Serves: 4

    1/4 c. half-and-half
    2 T. white balsamic vinegar
    1 T. sugar
    1/8 tsp. salt

    3 peeled kiwifruit, each cut into 6 wedges
    2 c. quartered strawberries (about 1 pint)
    2 T. finely chopped fresh basil

    Combine first 4 ingredients in a bowl. Add fruit; toss well. Cover and chill for 1 hour. Stir in basil just before serving.

    One 3/4-cup serving equals: 90 calories�2.3 gm fat (1.1 gm saturated)�1.6 protein�118 gm carbohydrate�4 gm fiber�6 mg cholesterol�83 mg sodium ++++ WWP: 1
