    Great Substitute: Substitute 1 can (11 oz.) mandarin orange segments, drained, for fresh orange sections. WW Points

    2 cups MINUTE Brown Rice
    1 pkg. (6 oz.) baby spinach leaves
    1 large orange, peeled, sectioned
    1/4 cup red onion slices
    1/2 cup KRAFT LIGHT DONE RIGHT CATALINA Reduced Fat Dressing

    PREPARE rice as directed on package. Cool. TOSS rice, spinach, oranges and onion with dressing.
