    Poultry: Sesame Chicken Pasta Salad

    Plan ahead�needs to chill for at least 4 hours. WW Points
    Exchanges
    Serves: 8

    6 oz. uncooked spiral pasta
    1/4 c. reduced-sodium soy sauce
    1/3 c. white wine vinegar�or�cider vinegar
    2 T. canola oil
    2 T. sugar
    2 T. sesame seeds, toasted
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    3 c. chopped cooked chicken breast
    2 c. torn fresh spinach
    1/2 c. sliced green onions
    1/4 c. minced fresh parsley

    Cook pasta according to package directions, OMIT salt. In a jar with a tight-fitting lid, combine the next 6 ingredients; shake well. Drain pasta and rinse with cold water; place in a bowl. Add chicken and half of the dressing; toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours. Set remaining ingredients aside.

    Just before serving, add remaining ingredients and remaining dressing; toss to coat.

    One 1-cup serving equals: 181 calories�7 gm fat (1 gm saturated)�45 mg cholesterol�348 mg sodium�11 gm carbohydrate�1 gm fiber�19 gm protein ++++ Exchanges: 2 very lean meat�1 starch�1 fat
