    Overnight Coleslaw

    FROM BRISTOL-MYERS SQUIBB COMPANY
    Makes 6 servings.

    4 cups cabbage (green or purple or a mixture), shredded
    2 cups carrots, shredded
    3/4 cup scallions, sliced
    3/4 cup unsweetened apple juice
    2/3 cup cider vinegar
    1-1/2 tsp. paprika
    1 tsp. mustard seeds
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 tsp. celery seeds
    Fresh ground pepper
    1 Tbsp. dry mustard

    Combine cabbage, carrots, and scallions. Combine remaining ingredients in a blender; pour over cabbage mixture. Toss to coat. Refrigerate overnight. Serve chilled.
