    Serve with chicken or pork. Exchanges

    1/2 cup chopped tomato
    1/2 cup purple onion -- chopped
    1/2 cup papaya -- chopped
    1/4 cup yellow bell pepper -- chopped
    1/4 cup green bell pepper -- chopped
    1 jalapeno pepper -- minced
    2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
    1/2 teaspoon chili powder
    1 tablespoon honey

    Combine all ingredients. Cover and chill 3 to 4 hours.
