    Cucumber-Yogurt Sauce -- e

    Cucumber-Yogurt Sauce
    Plan ahead�needs to chill 1 hour.
    Diabetic Exchanges
    Yield: about 1-1/4 cups�

    1 large cucumber, peeled, seeded, shredded and drained
    1/2 c. plain fat-free yogurt
    1 T. chopped fresh dill�OR�1 tsp. dried dill weed
    1-1/2 tsp. chopped fresh mint leaves
    1/2 tsp. Dijon mustard
    1/8 tsp. salt

    Mix all ingredients. Cover and refrigerate about 1 hour or until chilled.

    One serving (2 Tablespoons) equals: 10 calories�0 fat�0 cholesterol�40 mg sodium�2 gm carbohydrate�1 gm protein ++++ Exchanges: Free Food
