    List of Ingredients

    • 1 cup cilantro
    • 1 cup flat leaf parsley
    • 3 tablespoons water
    • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
    • 1 tablespoon lime juice
    • 2 teaspoons capers
    • 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
    • 3 cornichons
    • 1 garlic clove
    • 1 1/2 pounds steak
    • 1/2 teaspoon salt
    • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper


    1. Preheat broiler or grill to cook the steak
    2. Place cilantro and following ingredients through the garlic into a food processor and blend until smooth.
    3. Salt and pepper the steak and broil or grill until desired doneness.

    4. Serve with the salsa verde, some toasted french bread and either a salad or veggies.
