Venezuelan Hot Dogs

- 8 potato hot dog rolls
- 8 hot dogs
- 1 yellow onion
- 1/4 head green cabbage
- 1 6oz bag of potato chips
- Boil the hot dogs in water until they are heated through.
- Cut the onion into 6 small pieces and chop in a food processor. Remove.
- Cut the cabbage into small pieces and chop in the food processor. Remove.
- Crush the potato chips into small pieces.
- Put a hot dog into a bun and top with onion, cabbage, and crushed chips.
- Add mayonnaise, mustard and ketchup.
