    Recipe Introduction


    This salad is a delicious show stopper! Serves 15 people.


    List of Ingredients


    • 8 cups salad greens
    • 3/4 cup sliced green onions
    • 3/4 cup chopped red onion
    • 6 oz. feta cheese, crumbled
    • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
    • 1 cup dried cranberries
    • 1/2 cup toasted pecans
    • bacon bits ( optional )
    • Dressing:
    • 1 cup seasoned rice vinegar
    • 3-4 tsp. sugar
    • 3-4 cloves garlic, crushed
    • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
    • salt & pepper to taste


    Instructions


    1. Toss greens with onion, feta cheese, mushrooms, cranberries, toasted pecans and bacon bits.
    2. Mix dressing ingredients together in a glass container.
    3. Pour 1/2 of dressing on salad and toss together.
    4. Store other half of dressing in glass jar in a kitchen cabinet. DO NOT store dressing in the refridgerator! It keeps for weeks in the pantry.
