2-3/4 cups flour
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1-1/2 cups sugar
1 cup each oil, pecans
3 cups chopped apples
3 eggs
1 tsp. each cinnamon, nutmeg






Recipe




Heat oven to 325� F. (165� C). Sift flour, sugar, salt and baking powder in bowl. Add oil and eggs. Mix well. Bake in tube pan at degrees for 1 hour. Make a glaze (your choice) and pour over cake while still warm.
