    � cup mashed potato
    1 stick margarine
    2 pounds powdered sugar
    creamy peanut butter

    Recipe



    Mix together potato, margarine and powdered sugar. Roll our flat and spread with layer of peanut butter. Roll up and chill. Slice.
    Potatoes should be cooked as usual, no salt added.
