    • 1/2 cup part-skim ricotta cheese
    • 1/4 teaspoon grated lemon zest
    • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
    • 1 package sugar substitute


    Instructions


    1. Mix together the ricotta, lemon zest,vanilla extract and sugar substitue in a dessert bowl. Serve chilled
